Frequently Asked Questions

Lawn Care & Landscape Services Faq's

  • Does EduLawn Care require me to sign a long-term contract?

No, we do not lock our clients into rigid, long-term contracts for standard care. Our recurring maintenance plans (like weekly mowing or monthly yard care) operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis. You can adjust, pause, or cancel your service at any time with a simple 48-hour notice.

  • What payments methods do EduLawn Care accept?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). To streamline your service, we require a card to be securely kept on file for all recurring maintenance accounts.

  • What's the difference between 'Lawn Maintenance' and 'Landscaping'?

Think of lawn maintenance as routine upkeep (mowing, edging, blowing, and weeding) to keep your property neat. Landscaping involves bigger visual or functional upgrades—like designing new flowerbeds, installing mulch or rock, planting trees, or building hardscapes like patios and retaining walls.

  • What's the best time of year to overseed my lawnc?

For most cool-season grasses (like Fescue), the absolute best window is early fall. The soil is warm, the air is cool, and there is less weed competition, which gives new seeds the perfect environment to establish strong roots before winter hits.

  • How often should I mow my lawn?

During the active growing season (typically spring and summer), we highly recommend weekly mowing to keep your grass healthy and prevent weeds from taking over. In the slower-growing shoulder seasons (early spring/late fall), we can easily transition you to a bi-weekly schedule.

  • What happens if it rains on the day I scheduled services?

Safety and quality are our top priorities. If heavy rain or storms prevent us from working, we will pause operations and automatically shift your service to the next available dry day. We will keep you updated via text or email regarding any schedule updates.
